It's been a busy week. I have struggled with what to write about and decided to just write a letter. I always enjoy Lori's.
Monday evening we all went to Mark's. Randy helped load the pig into a cage that Mark had made on the flatbed trailer. The process went well and the pig was loaded in less than 15 minutes. Mark and Rachel brought the children over later that night for a sleep over. It was amusing to watch Grant play. He likes to tow different things with the toy trucks. During this visit he put together the truck and flatbed trailer, placed a toy cow on it and said, "He going to be meat"
Monday was Grandad's birthday. I made Pork roast, mashed potatoes, red cabbage, salad and danish applecake. Cami definitely has Danish taste buds. She loved the red cabbage.
Wednesday Morgan graduated from Buena High School. Gramma, Papa, Grandma Winsor and Grandpa Bob came for the event. Tonight Morgan and a few friends are celebrating with a BBQ.
I love Randy's new job! He is so much happier. He is currently enjoying a first ever four day weekend. Working only forty hours a week he is able to spent time in the garden. We should have a wonderful garden this year. Plus, I just love having him home more often!
Earlier this month we went to Tucson for Bethany's graduation. She received a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arizona. Both sets of Grandparents attended. We are very proud of her accomplishments.
Yesterday was my last day of work for the school year. I am looking forward to CLEANING, sewing, reading and finally scrapbooking my copy of the family cookbook. The highlight of the summer will be a trip to Utah and visiting with Alison.
To quote Lori, "Thanks for reading"
